Motorcycle Safety Foundation operates over 1500 training sites throughout the United States. In Ohio and Pennsylvania, the courses are offered starting in April through November.
In PA training is free and they provide the motorcycles for the course and for taking your Motorcycle License test. You only need to wear proper clothing including a helmet and have gotten your MC permit prior to taking the course.
